| POSITION DESCRIPTION | Working to a full scope of practice, the Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive primary care nursing within a clinical care team focused on the needs of people who are significantly marginalized. This position will have the opportunity to support our Old East Village, Health Outreach, and Huron primary care clinics as well as some of our specialized programs including our Refugee Health Clinic, Health Outreach Mobile Engagement (H.O.M.E), Hepatitis C and HIV Care, Gender Care, and Diabetes Care. |
