| Description | Funds raised for Carea CHC support over 70 free programs and services that we offer to our community. Carea has 5 sites; Oshawa, Ajax and Pickering are full services sites that include medical, counselling and health promotion. We have a Children and Youth Mental Health Team that works out of our Whitby Lang Tower site and a Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) Team that works out of Taunton Mills in Whitby. Along with our medical, counselling and health promotion programs, we also have numerous Indigenous programs that have become very highly respected in the area. |
