| POSITION DESCRIPTION | Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the RN provides front-line outreach as well as onsite nursing care to people who face barriers to accessing treatment, and are significantly marginalized by poverty, substance use, mental health, and housing instability and/or deprivation. The RN will work to full scope supported by multiple medical directives, with an anticipated end date of March 31, 2025. |
