The clinical care model is grounded by Indigenous health frameworks. Drawing from AHWC’s mission, vision, and value statements, this person will be a welcoming, kind, and compassionate person for community members when they visit the Indigenous-led Mobile Healthcare Clinic to access supports during their healing journey. This position requires a commitment to person centered care, an understanding of harm reduction, trauma informed care and an understanding of the impacts of systemic racism and colonisation.
