| POSITION DESCRIPTION | Our Diabetes Care team is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide foot care support across all of our locations. Working as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the RPN delivers comprehensive foot care including analysis of health behaviours related to lifestyle and culture, review of client’s medical history, foot care assessments, and in collaboration with the client, development and implementation of client-centred care plans. |
