About the Event

Arts and Health - A lifelong relationship

Join CAPACOA and Arts Health Network Canada for #HealthPromoChat on Tuesday September 30th at 3pm EDT as we explore the relationship between arts and health. The arts and cultural events are known to have a positive impact on our health and well-being. How are we applying this knowledge for improved well-being?

Questions we’ll be asking include:

In what ways are you aware of “arts” and “health” intersecting?

Do you know examples of arts initiatives achieving/supporting health?

How can the arts impact the social factors that influence our health?

How do we increase access to the arts?

How can health promotion help to position recreational arts practices as part of the healthy living equation?
