Grand River CHC opened its doors in 2009 as part of the Ontario Government’s most recent expansion of Community Health Centres as a high-quality primary health care solution for Ontarians. The centre offers integrated, holistic health care with a focus on keeping people well in the town of Brantford and the County of Brant, located in southern Ontario.
